We'll have a quick 15 min call to understand your goals and ensure this is a good fit. Next, we'll have a 60 min review session where you'll bring us up to speed on the business. We'll unpack Company, Customers, Process, Product, and People.
We'll conduct a 3 hour virtual workshop where your team will be led through a few exercises and interviews to co-develop the project. These will be essential to completing a full analysis and strategic plan.
We take the results of the discussions and workshop to deliver a GTM model. It includes a marketing and sales plan, insights from the audits, and final recommendations. We'll present to the team during a 60 min call and send a copy to close the engagement.
